About FUSE
Nau mai, haere mai. Welcome to Shoreline Youth Trust. For more than 24 years, Shoreline Youth Trust has been serving the communities of Sumner, Redcliffs and Mt Pleasant, supporting local rangatahi (young people) to grow, connect and thrive.
As a local not-for-profit organisation, we are guided by a dedicated Board of Trustees and supported by a passionate team of a Manager, two Youth Workers and our valued volunteers. Together, we are committed to creating safe, welcoming spaces where young people feel they belong and are encouraged to reach their full potential.
Over the years, we have developed a wide range of community programmes and initiatives designed to meet the evolving needs of our local rangatahi and their whānau. Everything we do is guided by our mission:

At the heart of our kaupapa is a belief in the power of positive relationships. We know that when young people feel seen, valued and supported, they are more likely to flourish. Our team is passionate about building resilience, confidence and a strong sense of belonging, walking alongside young people and their families during some of life's most important years
At Fuse, we believe that all young people have the ability to achieve great things. Our goal is to empower them to take control of their lives, define their own futures, and make a positive impact on the world around them.
